Last year I had grand intentions to make 4th of July t-shirts for my kids. I wanted to use my Silhouette and even purchased glitter iron on transfer last year to use for the shirt. 4th of July came and went and no shirts. I think we ended up buying some at Target.
So this year I was determined to used some of the supplies from last year and I'm excited with how the shirts turned out. Only my girls wanted shirts, so I just made two of them. I found the t-shirts at Forever 21 for only $3.50 a piece.
For Hannah's shirt I used the Silhouette "4th Flowers" design plus my fonts to create her shirt. It took a bit of patience to iron on the transfer, but I think it was worth the effort. She loves her new shirt.
For Audrey's shirt I used Silhouette "Phrase: 4th of July" words on the bottom left of the shirt. This was also the first time that I used the iron on rhinestones for the firework. I loved using supplies that I've had for a while and have been wanting to use.
Now the girls have fun new shirts to wear on Monday.
Happy 4th of July to you!
