I decided that I needed one place where all of my goals, thoughts, to-do items could be written down to help keep myself on track. I'm sure I could have found a pre-made planner that would have worked, but really, I just need something simple. So I decided to put my own book together.

The book started with two pieces of chipboard that I trimmed to 5" X 9". I then covered the chipboard with paper and embellishments. The journal is filled with regular white 8.5" X 11" printer paper. Each paper was cut in half making the paper 4.25" X 5.5".
